Can I bring my dog?
We don’t allow dogs into the park, unless it is a seizure-alert dog being carried or Guide dog for the blind.
All Exceptions must be pre-booked and Certification must be presented on arrival. Strictly no admission into the walk through between the Tigers & Hyenas during your visit.

Carer & Disabled Persons Discounts
Tickets for carers, senior citizens (over 65) and Blue Light cardholders are priced at £10.50, with ID required where necessary.

Do I have to book or can I just turn up?
Booking online is advised particularly at busy times such as the weekend. There may be tickets available to purchase at the entrance during quieter times. To book online, visit our tickets and bookings page.

What time do you open/close?
We are now open Weekends the 18th & 19th March and the 25th & 26th March 10am -4pm with last entry 3pm, but typically, we open from 10am – 5pm with the last entry at 4pm.
From the end of summer, our closing time changes to 4pm and the last entry changes to 3pm.
